Come-back of Ferrari, not yet Massa (25/03/2008)
Last week-end the scuderia demonstrated in Malaysia its potential.
It was Raikkonen who offered at his team the first victory of the season.
After a perfect departure in pole position from Massa, he lost the control of his Ferrari and ended in the gravel path.
For the second time the brasilian pilot had to give up.
An other nice demonstration was that from Kovalainen on McLaren ending at the third place just behind Kubica.
At the general ranking Hamilton remains at the top position after having ended at the fifth place.

Norev proposes a very accurate 1/18 scale model of the Citroën DS.
Moreover its price is very reasonable and the model very attractive with distinct and clear details.

Hamilton is the Winner and Ferrari the "Loser" (18/03/2008)
Lewis Hamilton is the big winner in Australia after having made a brilliant race with his McLaren.
Second becomes Heidfeld on BMW Sauber and at the third place is Rosberg with his Williams.
Bad times for Ferrari: the two F1's from Raikkonen and Massa had to give up due to an engine problem.

Rally of Mexico (04/03/2008)
In spite of a momentary lapse of attention immediately remediated by its copilot, Sébastien Loeb becomes the great winner of the rally of Mexico with its Citroën C4 WRC.
This victory allows him to gain points, specially welcome after his blanco result in Sweden.
At the general ranking Loeb is now just one point behind Hirvonen.
Citroën and Loeb, a winning team (30/01/2008)
The Monte Carlo opens the yearly season of the world rally championship.
A good start for Sébastien Loeb winning for the fifth time the Monte Carlo.
A well-deserved second place for Mikko Hirvonen followed by Chris Atkinson third and François Duval fourth.
Winding Roads for Drivers (16/01/2008)
For the time being Brussels is organizing its 86th Car Exhibition, now named European Motor Show Brussels.
A lot of novelties will be exhibited such as the BMW Seial 1 Convertible as well as the newest Citroën C5.
From the american side the famous Detroit Auto Show is celebrating this year from 19 till 27 January its 101st edition of the North American International Auto Show and will exhibit some novelties common to the Brussels show such as the BMW X6 for example.
Other models such as the Hummer HX Concept will be presented.

Everyone happy at the RAC rally (03/12/2007)
Sébastien Loeb now belongs to the group of rare pilots to have 4 world titles (together with Juha Kankkunen and Tomi Mäkinen).
Indeed, his third place at the rally of Great Britain ensures him a new title for this year.
Four, thats also the number of victories this season for Mikko Hirvonen who wins the last rally of the year.
And last but not least, the second place of Marcus Grönholm gives Ford a double victory underlyning its dominant position at the constructors ranking.
Loeb and Ford happy in Ireland (20/11/2007)
After the 36th victory of his career Sébastien Loeb is two times more happy: the french pilot became the father of a lovely Valentine.
His mate Sordo takes the second place before the Ford pilot (private team) Latvala.
But with its lead position Ford will be crowned constructors world champion this year.
End of an exciting season (23/10/2007)
After having made an overtaking on Massa at a PIT exit, Raikkonen won the GP of Brazil, before his mate Massa.
Hamilton under big pression ended at the seventh place of this Grand Prix.
He will not be this year's champion all the more so since Hamilton announced he did not want to take profit of the green carpet playing in his favour.
And at last, Alonso mounts the third step of the podium.

Suspens continues at the DTM (25/09/2007)
It was in Barcelona (Spain) that the last but one test of the DTM took place.
For the first time this year Green distinguished himself by taking the first place. But it is in fact Spengler who made the best deal.
By taking the second place he comes back in the title race with just two small pips less than Ekström, the present leader of the DTM championship.
The team Audi Sport remains leader at the constructor ranking.
62nd Auto Exhibition of Frankfurt (13/09/2007)
The Frankfurt exhibition will take place from the 13th till the 23th of September.
During ten days the public will be able to discover new models such as the Mazda 6, the Mitsubishi Lancer 7th generation, the BMW Series 1 coupé, a lengthened VW Cady, the new Jaguar XF .....
From the side of the concept cars the exhibition will present the Mercedes F700, the BMW X6 (a SUV coupé), the Peugeot 308 RC-Z ....
Battle between Aston-Martin and Maserati (11/09/2007)
This 7th round of the FIA GT took place on the Adria racetrack, in Italy.
With a small gap of just 3,5 seconds Wendlinger and Sharp on their Aston-Martin DB9R won the race before Bertolini and Piccini on the Maserati MC12 N° 11.
On the other Aston-Martin DB9R Babini and Davies took the third place.
In the GT2 category Muller and Vilander became after 92 laps n°1 on their Ferrari F430.
Victory with 3 hundredths of a second (04/09/2007)
This year the Rally of New Zealand saw a very hard race between Gronholm on its Ford and Loeb with its Citroën.
And finally its the Fin who won the race with just three hundredths of a second before Sébastien Loeb!
Hirvonen was putting a second Ford Focus WRC on the podium and took the third place.
This gives Ford the opportunity to comfort its advance on Citroën at the constructors ranking.
Double victory for Ferrari in Turkey (28/08/2007)
After having made the best time at the qualifications Massa took a perfect start and ended at the first place.
Due to problems with its tyres Hamilton was not able to pass Raikkonen.
So Raikkonen ended at the second place and Alonso became third just before Hamilton, ending at the fourth place. |
