1.     Packaging and departure of your order:

Every order made before 14h00 will be send the same day (or with a delay of 24h in case of a belgian holiday).  Orders made after 14h00 will be sent within 24 hours.

In order to avoid every risk during the transportation, Oto-fan packages your order in boxes specially build for the transportation of fragile objects.  Those boxes are filled with frigolite in order to stabilize the objects placed in it.

2.     Delivery: means and delays:

We propose the following means of delivery:

·        in our own shop at the indicated address.

·        by Post/DPD in 24 - 72 hours.

·        by the international transportation firm UPS:

° If you choose for a normal (Standard) sending the delivery will be made in whole Europe within 48 hours.

° If you opt for a rapid (Express) sending the delivery will take 24 hours.

In case you order several articles and if one of those is not immediately disponible (for example in case of pre-orders) we will send immediately the disponible articles.
